1. Local Processing (Desktop App)

Formatif is a local-first tool. All media processing (audio, video, images) happens entirely on your device. We do not have access to, nor do we ever upload, your personal media files to any server.

2. Data Collected by Paddle

For order fulfillment, our payment processor Paddle.com acts as an independent data controller. They collect information such as your name, email, and billing details. You can view their privacy policy atpaddle.com/privacy.

3. License Verification

The Formatif application connects to our server to verify your license key and ensure the device limit is respected. During this check, we only process your license key and an anonymized device identifier.

4. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
