In addition to our 30-day guarantee, customers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to a refund within 14 days, provided the digital content has not been fully consumed.

3. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by Paddle, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method. Upon refund, your license key will be automatically deactivated.
